About tenpencemore

I spent ten years working as a form tutor and an English teacher including a stint as head of department. On leaving the classroom in 2007, I joined a government-funded pilot service of The Key as Research Team Leader. Later I became the organisation’s Director of Business Development when the government funding was pulled in 2009.  Over the next six years, The Key became the country’s leading national support and information service for school leaders and school governors and is today a Fast Track 100 company. I am currently working with Challenge Partners as Head of Membership and Business Development and am a school governor at a London primary school. I am also on the steering group for the BAMEed Network.
